    oh man I made the Rampies laugh hard today! one of them is a huge golf freak! sometimes he gets off work early and goes golfing, short golf season. we have a very challenging 9 hole golf course here. I asked if he's been enjoying the season so far, he said of course. I asked what his best round was so far this year, he told us "I shot a 35 one day"

    I told him, "Awesome. I had a great day last week, I shot a 29!"

    his eyes got wide, he said "holy shit"

    then I told him, "Yeah, for 3 holes!"

    everyone cracked up!

    oh man. it's good to relax.

    remember the arsehole employee I had? I beat him for 3 jobs. he wound up working for me as when I got my Airport job I inherited him. turns out he had a medical issue so could only have a class 5 drivers license. we need a class 3 as we have Vehicles like Graders, Fuel Bowser and Water Trucks that are used at Airport with dual axles which require a class 3.

    so long story short, he has been reassigned within the Company and I have to train a New Airport Maintainer. i've trained around 15 Maintainers in my 17 years in Airports.

    and my new Guy is a really good Friend too. which is cool. he loves working with us and my Crew is super happy arsehole is gone!
