just a statement ... not a call to arms! thing is teh forum can't have nearly the traffic it once did ... you can blame contents/server issues/whatever. A few times I've asked what site activity is like compared to the past ... no one ever answers. I would imagine if it where up significantly (or even flat) some one would respond right away with that info. I don't think they'd like to share in public how much activity has dropped. maybe I'm crazy??

eh, there isnt content worth posting that hasnt been posted 50x before. Every once in a while I find a new pic worth snagging somewhere of an actual celeb woman. Mostly I just troll the tumblrs and VEF hunting up vintage stuff. Or at least last generation celeb women. theres only a very few of this crop i even bother with.

 

Not taking up arms. Been there, done that. Just agreeing with your post while getting a little jab in.

I think its quite obvious that things have slowed considerably. I can't say for sure about traffic wide, but registered member activity sure seems to be at a low. The cause is an issue that has been beaten to death.

 

to answer your question, ive been watching it decline in quality and socially for years. Used to be lots of folks scanned and traded, now it's just wait for news service releases of gaga going shopping with a lobster on her head.

love her or hate her, Rihanna seems to be one of the few in the young crowd (she's only 24) that gets it. She does a fair number of glam photo shoots for magazines.

Alba was a great one before she became a mommy. She did tons of great photo shoots.

the decline/demise of "Men's" (not Adult) magazines like FHM may have something to do with it.

I wonder how intact historical posts are. In Celeb great threads would sometimes get more than 50,000 views. Now the posts get bumped with crappy adds a million times and you'd have to have pics of GaGa's penis to get that many views!

eh, i dont love or hate rhianna. i think of her like most new female singers; more promotion than voice. without those sexy snaps she'd be long gone by now.

i think celebs are just kinda going out of style. when's the last time you saw a red carpet event that was worth snagging pics from? maybe 1-5 pics from a whole evening are worth grabbing. and nothing youll remember 10 years from now i bet.

agreed. I never thought she'd last, but she's more than sexy snaps. guys like me aren't buying her CDs. Somehow she resonates with a lot of 20 - 30 year old women.

Joan Rivers, etc. cover the Red Carpet so closely now ... but you're right - not as much seems memorable.
