my truck sits under contract.

My personal net after everything is about 1900 per week. if i dont haul i dont make $$$. thats about it.

yes I am. I have been sober since November 6th. haven't had a cig in over 2.5 weeks too.

 

im down from 2 packs per day to 2 packs per week

maybe a beer once a month

I found the first 2 days were the worst. I kept drinking a lot of water. chewing gum or mints like excel mints helped too.

 

since may ive lost 80 pounds and cut down my cigs. feeling much better as long as i can get back to work. this sitting around is getting dul dull dull

wow, keep it up my Friend! great job on losing the weight! I was 240 pounds when I first started my new job, I'm down to 196 now. still trying to lose more.

excellent. my goal is 195 or so. I started at 308. this last 50 lbs is going slow tho and sitting around on my ass waiting aint helping

 

I think 185 is my goal.

did you try switching to whole wheat? I did and that helped, try cutting out salt too.
