Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Just lucky! We had an unusually small truck, and NO food truck, and a really good crew. Normally I'd be pissed at so few hours, but I was limping all night, so I was glad.

    oh man I'm going to have to do some refresher with my New Guy, he has done some cover work at the Airport before. but had a stroke last year and is still recovering. his left arm is pretty damn weak but I'm giving him a chance at the request of my Boss.

    today he was using the Snowblower, but it was only blowing it out like 10 feet if that, was like blah. I stopped working with the Plow Truck, showed him instead of 1100 RPM like he had it on bumped it up to 2500 RPM and voila.

    hope he picks it up again soon.

    this is how the Snowblower is supposed to look at 2500 rpm



    my New Guy had it at 1100 rpm, was like just burping it out. lol
