    Keep in mind muscle mass is heavy. If you put on muscle, you'll get heavy.

    well I think that's what's happening. I know I'm getting stronger now. when I first started doing the leg press I made sure I was in my comfort zone, start slow then once warm up increase the weights.

    once warmed up I was up to 15 reps of 170 pounds.

    no idea. fuck.

    once I warm up I am able to do more reps comfortably.

    I kept searching and cleaning on the car I have been working on to find out why the abs light is shining all the time, and I finally found a problem in the last wheel I checked, seems like the abs crown wheel had broken.. might be it but won't know for sure until I get a new one.

    gonna take a drive with the tractor in a bit to lift a watertank out of a cellar.
