    I am! A pattern I have observed over these many years here is that a cool April is most often followed by a really hot summer.....I hope that pattern does not follow, especially to a higher degree considering the cool May we are having. :shock:

    I got some diced caribou meat and caribou mipku from my Mom and Brother today!

    mipku is homemade jerky. it's so yummy, fresh too! some of the meat is still raw and drying, so tasty! snacked on some earlier, going to make some stir fry later on.

    I hope we don't have a hot summer.

    My legs are pretty sore, but I'm stretching out in the bed every few minutes to loosen up.

    I went through most of last night with a big detergent spill on me. A lazy-ass worker let a box go out that shouldn't have. I picked up and got a detergent bath.

    I discovered I was allergic to latex gloves when I was an adult. I had no idea till I worked in them on a project and my hands got all red and swollen!

    I'm mosdef taking tomorrow off work. I talked with my Boss earlier, told him about my reaction he told me no prob just stay home. told him I'm taking tomorrow off work he said "you know the deal, you have to take at least one day off a week!"

    heh I didn't tell him I haven't taken a day off in a couple weeks. was short handed.

    The only allergy issues I have had are related to dirt, dust, and pollen with my nose and sinuses...but that is enough to make some days rather miserable...:? Oh, I did have an allergic reaction to a thyroid blocking drug back in the early '80's....ended up putting me in the hospital for 4 days.

    I've developed the pollen allergy to the point as taking meds on a seasonal basis. Also, It would seem poison ivy. Came into a lot while clearing the lot. Now my reaction escalates each time. Last instance involved prednisone.
