    Frahchitti was a back marker when he spun out and crashed. That caused the caution making Kanaan the winner as Frahchitti crashed with about 3 or 4 laps left. There were about 4 cars at the front that all had a shot at winning and because the Indy 500 does not extend the race to allow for at least 2 laps of green flag to end the race, the final excitement of those 4 cars dueling it out was eliminated. I believe there were a total of 5 cautions, all of which were single car spin outs. All in all, a rather clean race.....it was over in just 3 hours or so.

    NASCAR changed that 2 to 3 years ago; it is called the green/white/checkers. If a caution goes to the end of a race, they run two more laps. If a caution comes out in the first of the two laps, they try again up to three times. If a caution comes out on the second lap, in other words, after the white flag, the field is frozen and that is the order of finish. That has made for much more exciting racing. Indy should do the same thing.

    I think the bending over with knees flexed to pull weeds may have irritated some of the tendons and ligaments.....I don't think it is in the joint itself.

    am on last disc of season 13 of er then last season I need to watch. season 14. I've seen 15 already.

    now to rest up, no more sked flights tonight.
