    I got some nasty shit like that a year or two ago.......I tried everything I could.....surfed the net on my lap top looking for help....nothing worked......reformat and rebuild was the only thing that worked. Sorry.

    By being in safe mode..the spyware...will be dormant...so the scanner will be able to remove it...
