I don't think there's a general addy to send to all the mods and it's ahrd to say which would be the best to get hold of because it's hard to tell who's online because most of them run in invisible mode.

The new guy kicked us out after 5 hours and 59 minutes again. There was so much work left to be done -- I hope he digs his own hole fast! Everyone in the place hates him.

 

Hopefully you are right and all this will work against him...won't he get his ass in trouble if he lets things fall behind like that? Won't the other shifts get pissed about having to pick up the work that didn't get done?

That is just plain stupid... I would think it would be more important to get the job done!

 

We're already picking up what the day shift can't finish. They've cut it too much. They have to adjust backwards. But I'm not in charge, so I just have to wait.

 

Some of my co-workers don't care about getting it done. I'm not the only one pissed off about not getting it done, though.

That's true. But a manager or two can't do it all.

What's happening is that the corporate office is seeing how much labor time we cut and still get the job done. There is immense pressure every night. They're practically whipping us like slaves over the intercom to beat our computerized "goal times." The goal times are practically impossible to meet -- plus, the managers lie about the goal times to us, anyway.

 

That's just absolutely insane :?
