    had carpet before it got worn out have hardwood floor now!

    I have carpet, shoes come off at the door. Old rule form when i was a kid, never unlearned it. Besides, unless I got out I never wear shoes anyway

    That's kinda what I'm getting at. I'm watching a Korean drama (don't ask lol) and even the characters on the show all remove their shoes, and put on slippers, before they go into the home. I like it, it seems logical so you don't thrash the interior of your home with the crap you've been walking around on all day.

    My buddy? He and his wife get to come in off the road after 19 years and use the $$ I'm paying them for their part of the truck to buy a trailer down by their kids/grandkids. If he gets bored, he can buy back into the truck to run it when I'm not. It works pretty well for all of us.
