yup it's fish there Insom.

the best ones are the ones that are dry on the outside and a little raw on the inside. very very tasty.

he's sending over some frozen char as well. that's an Inuit Delicasy as well. called kuak, raw and frozen. that, dipped in bit of soy sauce, very tasty!

 

Yeah Insom, it's also good on the bbq

 

yup no doubt Cold, great on the BBQ!

 

I'll have to look around & see if it can be found around here. All of our fish is shipped in of course.

I've heard arctic char was available down in southern canada. in some restaurants it was selling for around 35 to 40 dollars a plate as it was hard to get there.

not sure about the States though.
