After she hangs up, she pulls him close to her face and tells him she doesn't want to leave him unsupervised in the house now since he's so tiny. So he will accompany her wherever she goes...including the bathroom. He tries to protest, but she quickly shushes and shuts him down while laughing about how he'll have to run around on the bathroom floor while she goes potty!!!
