I find nothing wrong with gaphughes' post at all. He's made a comment that give shis view which he is entitled to do, and his thanking of the original post meant the rest of his post could flow easier. If he made similar comments critiquing Lily Allen in every thread, it'd be annoying and petulant but that isn't the case, he's stated his view simply and shouldn't have to deal with the response he received. His post wasn't a thread trash, just his opinion, something he's allowed to give.
