I wouldn't have even recognised this as Madonna if it wasn't for the thread title.

 

Good god, trying to give me nightmares? But it's my fault for being curious.

 

If it was first time we see her it would be 'not bad' actually... but remembering her face since 'Like a virgin' - it's downright creepy

 

For someone turning 63 in 2 months she's looking pretty good, but never underestimate the power of photoshop and filters. Looks like she thinned out her cheeks before posting these.

She still has a rockin bod for a 63 year old. It must be hard to have been a sex symbol and then age sets in and makes you want to tinker around with your face. It never turns out well. The last Nicole Kidman movie I watched I just stared at the changes in her face in amazement and that was probably 10+ years after her first getting plastic surgery. She used to be HAF, now all I see is that porcelain look.

 

The problem with Madonna is she doesn't want to own her age and instead what's pretend she's still the Madonna of the 80's and 90's. She still has a pretty decent body though a bit to muscular for my tastes but she has had way too much work done, i think if she just accepted her age and stopped with the surgery she would look a ton better.

"muscular" is only way "not fat nor deflated" works for some women even half her age, not much change in that since her 40s.

Some problem is that looks like plastic surgeons work 'templates' in heavy work to avoid fails - after reaching '50' too many actresses begin to look like sisters if not clones with different makeup. And when such template 'file off' somebody's defining features too much...
Actually now (with swelling gone and face 'settled in' unlike earlier 'after' photos) it's definitely hell of the job if bit uncanny - but just not same face.
