TV Maisie Williams - Game of Thrones Spoiler - Possible Nudity

There’s an interview of her saying that she did it.

 

I was very pleasantly surprised she did it!

 

I'm well aware it is her. I was referring to the deletion of areola/nipple.

 

Same boat, but I was truly astonished by the ass that she's packing. Probably because it seemed like it just suddenly appeared.

 

I thought that was a very sexy scene, given the gravitas of the episode.

 

HBO does regularly digitally remove details of crotch shots - like in Episode 1 in the scene with the girls and Bronn. It's an odd thing, they show the viewpoint of a woman's ass, from which we all know you should be able to see the goods in front, and yet it mysteriously gets more 'blacked out' than it should be from shadows alone. I'll look at a scene closely for like 90 seconds and then remember "oh yeah, google has real porn, just go there, dude." It's like an odd halfway mix of Penthouse angles with Playboy airbrushing.

 

That's because they're wearing merkins/patches that cover the genitals in ways where you wouldn't even see it from the back. You'd just see the covering instead, so they edit that out.

 

Yeah right, next you'll tell me they're not actually having sex...

But in seriousness, look up the crazy actress from Boardwalk Empire... I wouldn't be surprised if her contract said that she would get to bang any male star her character was supposed to sleep with. I'm sure she's an extreme outlier, though.

 

A very tiny, tiny database of inconclusive images of Maise wearing semi-sheer tops suggests that she has small, pink nipples, which would be in keeping with what we saw in this episode.

I don't think they manipulated the footage. I think we got what Maise wanted to give us. She wasn't under any obligation to do that scene in that way. Seriously, if she had said no, what would they do, fire her?

You guys should be appreciative of they give you instead of being cynical about what you get. None of these actresses owe you anything. Not a damn thing.

 

Nope. There are a few frames where she turned more to the right. In that very brief little moment, we would have seen something if it wasn't altered. I am sure of it. That said, I am not ungrateful for what she did share. I just wish it was more natural and not looking like a Barbie.

 

True. But neither does anyone on this website owe these actresses anything. If people want to complain, they're gonna complain.
