    Yeah, I was going to say...Billy doesn't have those eyes. But I guess I figured they were actual sisters because of the same features, but I guess Tish is where all the features came from.

    Thank god they get their looks from Tish, I guess the only thing Miley gets from Billy Ray is her singing "talent". ;)

    Biologically Brandi isn't a Cyrus, but legally she is. Brandi and Trace Cyrus are Tish's children from a previous relationship, whom Billy Ray adopted when he married their mother, and they were very young so that they could all share his last name. Wich made him their dad, and legally responsible for them when they were children. I seen her call him daddy. She has even been on stage playing guitar with him.
