    Well unless she was naked the child pornography charges aint going to hold water. Also she could be clothed but would have to be performing a sex act for it to be illegal.     Well a picture of Miley Cyrus FULLY CLOTHED not performing a sexual act is NOT child pornography. Even a nude picture of your bare ass such as your mother probably has in your family photo album (or is it al-bum) is not child porn. Have you seen baby buttocks on TV? I have. Is it illegal? NO

    Pornography with anyone under 18 is ILLEGAL in the U.S. and the traci lords porn is illegal if it was made when she was under 18.

    I believe in some states in the U.S. you can legally have sex with girls under 18 but you would be wise to check with the local judge/court/lawyer PRIOR to such acts. Remember not to film this event as it would definately be illegal even if she consented to the sex and the camera it's ILLEGAL.

    I have tried to find my local laws in regards to 16 and/or 18 and age of consent and all I can find is a section saying a sexual delinquent is someone who does sex acts with someone under the age of 16.... not sure if that means sex over 16 is legal? not looking to have sex with a 16 yr old anyhow just would like to know. I have been looking in my states law .gov sites...

    Also nudity can be considered ART which doesn't include PORN but didn't demi moore pose nude on the cover of some magazine which you could buy at meijers or anywhere and it wasn't only in the adult section?

    The debate on legal and moral issues is ridiculous.

    A couple of questions

    1. If she comes on her telly programme and a pokey pops out am i to turn over ?

    2. Are people being serious in suggesting that adults can't view pictures she has posed for photographers?

    3. How can someone come on a (superb) forum like this, which features such gems as outdoor pissing, and big lactating boobies and pull someone up for speculating over a camel toe?

    There seem strict rules here on what is posted in terms of underage and they seem very well enforced so a bit of banter over whether or not you can see her mutton goalposts shouldn't vex people so much
