    I agree, there's little chance we're going to see it now. When will these people learn that when you get a hold of a celeb sex tape, you release it immediately, not wait until her lawyers make it impossible for the tape to ever be released.

    Just look at what happened with Minka Kelly and Leighton Meester's sex tapes. I really wanted to see those, but they were never released because those who had the tapes wanted to get rich. That's what I think will happen in this case as well, hopefully I'm wrong.

    Probably gonna go the way of the Leighton Meester tape, or to a lesser extent the Olivia Mojica tape. She's the chick from an American Idol season. I've tossed off to the trailer of that countless times over the years. Had potential to be an awesome sex tape just based on her alone, but she managed to put the kibosh on a release.

    Point is, if you really want to prevent it from getting released, then it wont get released.

    I'd check it out for sure though.

    Oh, the person who has the tape will get paid. Just not by any buyer. They're advertising this to get Mischa to pay. Just like they did with the Leighton Meester tape, and the Hoopz tape, and the Shakira tape, and every other tape we heard about but never saw.

    It's interesting that bikini shoot, Mischa did a few weeks ago is very similar to the one Tami Erin did before her sextape was released. Tami's bikini photos later became the cover of her sextape. I thought it was odd that Mischa went from being on the verge of a breakdown, to doing a bikini shoot on a beach a few weeks later.
