ongoing ignoring of any level of mod-advice led to at least temporarily closing and removal of both threads.

as for now -no new PB-threads. period.

okay, i´m sure you´re not the only one.

until we are done with "moderating" both threads you maybe you want to thank those who are responsible by not being able to mind their manners for us to applying the emergency brake.

as always - even a good thing willfind a certain stage when some few are about to ruin it.

Glad to have mods who are paying attention at least. Phun should really have an amateur section to the forum. These girls aren't really models, and the amateur threads are hugely popular here.

 

i think the amateur section would be good just how would we prove there over 18 right?!!!

well even with a disclaimer its hard cause if u host the the us the laws are soo strict but if u find a good host in Europe there not much they can do and the age is younger there as well!!!

I'm a little confused on this: Was everyone supposed to stop posting on the thread? (This was never specified and, if you really wanted it to happen, it should have been locked until done 'moderating')

Or, did the mods ask for people to stop posting the 'iffy' material, which none was posted after the mods had stepped in, therefor it was deleted with no legit reason.

You guys are the mods and do as you please but, you just took away a major part of this forum. There weren't as many people who contributed to it but, there were a lot of un/registered users that would come here just for those threads.

I'm just a 'no-one-cares' user with my limited posts but, I am still a person, just like the moderators are.

Anyway, that's my questions and :2cent:

Seconded. I mean those were great threads, but if the alternative is to draw negative attention and get phun shut down entirely, well... it's an easy choice.

 

nobody said it will not be re-opened again.

some things need some time, you can´t always "repair" things on the fly.

due to the well-known popularity and in respect to the responsible-minded contributors both threads haven´t been just trashed - they are sort of in the auto-shop for maintenance.

 

Good to hear... Photobucket should have age of users available on profiles... Would save any 'guessing'... I usually check ages on myspace before i post any links

I just started making my (eighteen+) contributions to that thread too. Here's hoping it rises from the ashes soon.
