    Wouldn't you have to address this to the execs at Disney now? I know that old habits die hard, but he walked away from the franchise. Also since she already works for ABC (Owned by Disney) and is such a big fan of sci-fi you may just get your wish.

    no he won't - Disney wants the original actors to cameo, so Mara'd have to be in her 50s at best to make the move, and frankly, I think Disney's going to wash their hands of the entire Expanded Universe so they can do their own thing.

    That said, if they wanted, Molly would be PERFECT for a Mara Jade spinoff movie. Set during the original triology, with Molly running around as the Emperor's Hand... excuse me while I go geekgasm over something that'll never happen...

    I didn't express myself very well there. I just meant that she may end up as a part of the franchise, not specifically as Mara Jade. Although you are spot on about her in a possible side story to the original trilogy.
