Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I like these attempts. Altough there's a bit corporate identity missing...like some phun.org text...on the other side I'm not sure what twitter says about adult sites, but I guess they are allowed?!?

    Twitter doesn't resize so uploading a larger image (1600x1200) would simply be trimmed off at the right and bottom of the screen.

    Guess we need an image that shows some on the left and top part leaving a uniform color on the rest.

    This one is 1920x1600 ... guess you'll see the girl completely on your large screen (don't know the size of it though).
    The text will be wrong ... I'm sure.

    On my screen text fits nice (1280x1024) [​IMG]

    Since screen sizes differ from person to person the only way to add some text is at the left upper corner about 260px width.

    my vote for twitter background. Simple, clean, created by a phunner, and follows the color theme and if you have a bit of imagination, it's a row of naked women.

    I'm sorry to dissapoint you cylnzz but that "dunes" image isn't my creation ... just used it as a background for this [​IMG]
    ... to show Sid what one can do with letter reflections.

    I do agree that dune curves are sexy as hell though. ;)

    Oops, well, I guess I didnt read that post carefully enough. Sorry about that.
    Looks like it would be fairly simple to recreate though, a few sine-wave layers with alpha, top to bottom, filling bottom of wave, merge down, softlight, sandstone texture, single source softlight, reduce contrast, bump blue channel, lower brightness, apply matt to give it finish and youre done.
    Lol, I guess I didnt read about the text since the backgrounds texture was what caught my eye. I didnt read the post about the actual sig till after your response here. Nice use of squishing to give it a nice 3-d depth, and the shadow letters following the dunes, looks a lot like the hardback cover to stephen kings "the Stand". Nifty. Either way, the background would be awfully easy to adapt to a twitter background for phun, I believe. Cheers :)
