    OK - the first half was interesting; I think it clearly shows that Bush was sidelined with photo-ops and classroom duties while the real descision-makers reacted to the crisis.

    Now the guy is a fool and says a lot of stupid things, but just because he slips up and says that the first time he realised these happenings was when he saw it on a TV, does NOT imply that he was watching closed circuit TV and that cameras were set up by his administration for a good view.
