Think along the lines of Basic Instinct, Body of Evidence, Gia, Full Body Massage, etc.

Who do you want to see in the nude role of a lifetime? Any actor in any time. Young Jennifer Love Hewitt in The Hot Spot instead of Jennifer Connelly? Young Elinor Donahue in The Color of Night? Old Estelle Getty in Boogie Nights? Who am I to judge?

Who do you have and where?

 

Elinor Donahue is a good one. She was so much more hot and vivacious than her replacement.

Mine...Grace Lee Whitney in The Story of O. Star Trek actress who played Yeoman Rand in the first half of the first season of TOS Star Trek. Legs for days. In life the actress had serious issues with substance abuse but in those early TOS days she was an utter sex bomb. Gorgeous and a good actress.
