Lately celebrities have been getting hit almost daily by what authorities believe is a crew of burglars.

I know there are more but from what I've seen the latest is Jaime Presley, the reports specifically mention that a laptop was stolen with $30k in jewelry (and a gun). Other victims include Kendall Jenner, Allanis Morrisette, Floyd Mayweather,
Nicki Minaj, Laker Nick Young (Iggy Azalea's Ex) and Dodger Yasiel Puig. I think one of the Kardashians/Jenners was hit again too.

I'm sure these criminals aren't amateurs like the "Bling Ring" but who knows, we might be seeing a Jaime Presley leak soon.

The Bling Ring broke into Brian Austin Greens house while he was with Megan Fox (still is?), Orlando Bloom while he was with Miranda Kerr, etc.. but those idiots were more interested in stealing clothes than laptops and IPads.

I'm not commenting on the morality of stealing, obviously it's wrong and very shitty but leaks have to come from somewhere.

Yeah I heard about this too. I think they're called the Knock Knock burglars/gang I'm not sure. The name is apparently from their M.O, they knock on the door of celeb homes, if no one answers they rob the place.

The Bling Ring were a bunch of rich kids doing dumb shit tbh. They weren't professionals in any sense, they didn't even have any plan. It was as much about being in the celebs home and closet as it was about the theft.

I wouldn't get my hopes up about these thieves leaking anything. If they're chasing money then that is the lowest priority.
I recall a year or two ago it may be longer, I read about some douche who stole laptops from a studio executive and some celebs(maybe). In any case he blackmailed the exec cos the laptop had scripts for greenlit pilots yet to be filmed and he had in his possession unnamed celeb sex tapes and private pics. He got caught during the dropoff for the cash. i remember thinking the idiot should have just dumped the celeb stuff but instead thought he's copy the movies and blackmail someone Ugh.

TLDR: The thieves have different priorities than getting celeb porn.

If they release anything, it will be something they find by accident. Sounds like they are most likely just burglars that were released early. They want jewelry and cash, not nudes.

Buy a dog. Leave it home when you go out. A barking dog is the best deterrent for burglary, especially a big dog. Any burglar will tell you so.

Sadly there are a lot of very thick burglars who'll get the laptop or tablet wiped to sell on for a bit of crack; rather than looking thru them to see if they could make thousands from the pic or vids instead...

I'd make a much better burglar than most of them, if I didn't simply think it was wrong in the first place to rob someone...

That makes sense, not worth the hassle. Out here every other house has those security company stickers or signs to deter burglars but I'm sure the celebrities have alarm systems too, the problem is theyre a pain in the ass to use all the time. My neighbors doors/windows use to make a ding dong sound everytime one was opened but I haven't heard it in over a year. I'm sure that's pretty common.

Then there's also been times where some sketchy guy knocks on your door "trying to sell you an alarm system" and the first thing they ask is if you have one. I've always said yes, plus I've had at least 2 dogs in every home as long as I can remember.

You know what's really unnerving is all the knock knock and force entry home invasions they show on the local news all the time, there's security footage of them all over YouTube. Almost makes you want to keep a firearm by the front door but that could be dangerous depending on your living situation.

I can't find it but I remember reading something a few weeks ago, where some LEO brass was saying they believed it was one or a conglomerate of LA street gangs. The LAPD keeps swearing up and down that they are just targeting wealthy neighborhoods and not targeting celebrities specifically but I don't buy it. Especially when social media gives them all the intel they'd need to know.

It wouldn't surprise me at all, I used to buy bootleg DVDs outside a pharmacy in San Fernando from this little guy who didn't speak one word of English, who worked for 18th Street. They would drop him and 3 other people off at around 10am with a backpack full of dvds and then pick up up later.

That's not where any of the leaks come from. The robbers are after money/valuables, not nudes.

No I know that, these kind of things come from traders. I was just speculating.
