  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Sorry about the X's and load time. I reloaded them to ImageHigh so hopefully they'll work ok. I needed to edit the Superbowl gif to get it from 5 Mb to under 3 Mb. That was the first time I tried HoldMyFile. I've seen others use them and they seemed to work, plus I was attracted to their 6 Mb limit. ImageVenue's not a good option since the limit is 1.5 Mb.

    Not only that but it doesn't host GIFS altogether. Only Jpeg and Jpg are allowed.
