Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     It's wierd that she was slated to be Princess Lea, and Fisher was due to play the lead in Carrie. However, Fisher didn't want to do nudity, so they basically switched roles. (or the studio did) People probably think Spacek got the short end of the stick. Still, at least Spacek wasn't hopelessly typecast like Fisher. Star Wars basically doomed Fisher's future in films. And everyone not named Ford I think.

    Fisher is not as talented an actress as Spacek. I just don't see how Fisher could pull off a role like Carrie. Wouldn't be the same film. Spacek on the other hand wouldn't fit the Princess Lea role because she doesn't have Fisher's beauty, but she could act circles around Fisher. In the end I'm glad it worked out the way it did. The only disappointment is Fisher not wanting to do the nudity. I would've loved to see her nude body back then.
