    Number one rule of losing weight. If you starve your body to lose weight because your to lazy to exercise and you take the easy way then you are left with flabby skin hanging off your body where the fat use to be stored. Of course when you replace the fat with lean muscle you look better, feel better and and are much healthier for it.

    yeah, my thought was when i saw those pics was, "wait, didn't she have a much better figure than that?!?" she used to have a GREAT body and a SWEET ass (nearing Biel-like quality) to go with those perfect tits.
