    Two reasons:
    1) The massive tits
    2) She's a rising star. She's in a critically acclaimed TV show, she's just done a miniseries, she was in Tarantino's most recent film and she's been featured on numerous magazine covers and photoshoots. Makes sense that the paparazzi would most want to take pictures of her because she's a hot topic and those pictures would make them the most money. The only thing that could possibly have her beat is if another celebrity decides to get naked and/or have sex in public
