    I have an even easier way to download from rapidshare -without waiting- because I don't have a static ip. without any other program what I do is simple turn off and then turn on my modem router. By that my internet provider give me a new ip everytime I do that. And it takes only 30 sec to do it.
    What I do know it doesn't work to everyone. It depends again to your provider. There are providers that give the same ip even if you turn off and on your modem, and change you ip every 12/24 hours. so you don't have a"static Ip" but you have it for at least 12 hours. So all you have to do is try. It works for me
