    If you're using a Mac: Stop using Stuffit (it sucks) and use winrarx instead

    Rapidshare also seems to be overloaded at the moment so it's likely your download corrupted. Do the files add up to the right size or is one too small because it finished early? (You'll need to redownload the one that's too small)
