    Still trying to transition to the new owners. It seems they are way too anal as far as compliance. The rules and regs that apply to us are less stringent than say an Assisted Living facility. They want us to follow the AL way of compliance. Sometimes it's not only impossible but just downright ridiculous.

    Sorry Jack, the wife just got in and had a bad day too. Prolly not. The Area Engineer, who is ultimatley my boss, is so gung-ho yet oblivious. He's got tunnel vision. You can't treat IL like you do AL. Ultimately you end up invading privacy with all the checks and precautionary measures they require. The funny thing is I have to report to three outsources agencies.

    Thing is the benefits aren't that great now. I'd be better off taking a cut in pay, with better benefits, with another company. the problem is, not many jobs in the area pay as well. It's a double - edged sword.
