I believe there is a case being brought to the Supreme court over whether or not the FCC actually has the power to regulate Broadcast TV, something about Cable Being so prevalent that that broadcast isn't really broadcast since everyone gets it through Sat/cable, and since FCC doesn't have power over cable they shouldn't over broadcast anymore.

 

Yeah, but all that sanctimonious shit is a big turn off. Still, them Jews really knew how to spin a good yarn.

Interesting. As long as you can receive it free with an aerial antenna it's considered broadcast TV. I imagine the court will lean in that direction.

well, i should admitt there were a few shows i felt that way about
attack of the show,.. just watched to see if oliva munn would masterbate or at least dissrobe or something.
hell even mork and mindy.. i mean robin was funny but damn i wanted to see that mindy just bent over that sofa and taking it the old fashioned way.

 

There are justices on both sides, honestly I don't see the why the FCC exists, but it really doesn't effect me, all the best shows are already on Cable channels, and I don't think Sons of Anarchy starting to air on Fox is really going to matter either way
