Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Lisa and I cut out junk food about a month ago. stopped buying pop, chips and chocolate bars. we both feel much better and are losing weight.

    but I missed having the occasional one! hehe.

    so i just had a small bag of lays potato chips, root beer and a reese. I feel hyper already! :lol:

    That little wood stove is keeping this big old house fairly warm.....I have not heard the gas furnaces come on at all today since about an hour after I started the stove this morning.

    Yeah I did the same a couple years ago, or I least quit buying pop/soda and most junk food on a regular basis. Now when I do it feels like a treat. That's the way to go I think.

    Getting diabetes 5 years ago and the associated 95% elimination of sugars pretty much stopped all of the junk food buying here.

    yeah that's what we are doing. Lisa and I had a habit of having a pop at least once a day! so cutting down has been major for us.

    In the first two years I lost 50 pounds, but have been stuck at that since.....I need to lose 50 more though. It takes an effort to not gain any back! :lol:
