    Wassup Flip!!!!! Hope all is well, all things considered. We have the possibilty of some showers in the evenings the next few days. Even with 13 straight days of rain, the garden could use a drink or two in this heat.

    i have some "potted" flowers on my porch area too lighten the day with some colors so i have too help them out. The grass i slowly turning brownish so we need it bad here soon.

    The Heavy lifting was tough im not the most muscular guy, but atleast i survived the Seagull's onslaught when i walked from the parking lot to the office.

    I have about a dozen roses in pots waiting to be planted....so they have to be watered every day that it doesn't rain, but the yard is very green at present and filled with red and violet blooms.

    We have slight chances for sea breeze effects, I think I'm saying it right, showers. They are usually hit or miss. Been three days and above the 90F mark.

    Well, atleast you made it to vacation. Now relax and recuperate!

    The thing is that the damn seagulls have a nest on our store roff and their chicks have just left the nest and walks around like fluffballs on the lot. Off course the parents divebombs anyone that is within a few feets.

    I have had a few run ins with seagulls over the years ...... they love to steal your food when around the beach or other locations they frequent.

    They took hotdogs from my BBQ awhile back. The hotdog was still on the grill i just made a trip in to get Another beer. When i came out one sausage was on the ground and i saw a seagull flying away with the other in its mouth.

    We have the same problem with geese at work. The parents are very protective. They rush anyone who gets close, with wings spread and hissing. Have you ever seen an eighty year old woman try to outrun a mad goose?
