    Well, before I met her a girlfriend of hers tried to teach her. Obviously, it didnt go well. :lol: I think she gets nervous because of the way the car jerks and bucks and stalls out.

    Back in high school, we both drove buses. Hers had a problem and went to the garage for repairs. They sent her an old three speed piece of crap to run the route. I ended up running her route that week. :p Years later we bought a Suzuki Samurai, 5 speed. She learned on that. Three clutches later, she has had manuals ever since. Doesn't even like driving my truck for that reason.

    When I was younger I used to love going for late night bike (bicycle, not motor) rides with some bikeweed. No cars or people around, just cruising down the middle of the road smoking a joint ... felt freeing.

    The year after I graduated they started to not let students drive buses. For the years a made $275 a month to go to school. :p

    I will be with one of my best friends.....we have reservations for a room on the beach with separate sleeping areas. We have done this about 5 or 6 times before, but neither he or I have been there since 2010. Getting my youngest out of med school has eased some of the financial pressure I have been living under.
