    It's not legal, yeah. And, with some downloads, it could open you up to a lawsuit. When you download a torrent, every other person downloading that torrent can see your ip address because that's who you are downloading it from, directly. So, some content owners (mostly movie distributors) will grab those ips and start sending out lawsuits looking for small settlements. It's statistically rare given just how many people use torrents, but if you use a public tracker rather than a private one (one that you have to be invited to), the chances are higher.

    The other thing with software which is not limited to torrents but all pirated software, is that you may be installing malware. It's a very easy for some wanting to spread malware to just upload some "cracks" to popular programs that unknowingly install other things.

    I don't mean to scare you too much, just be careful.

    Wash gently with a non-abrasive cloth and 50/50 solution of "doh!" and "ahh, fuck".

    I spilled a full glass of milk a while ago all over my desk and a keyboard. Luckily nothing was harmed in my case. Though for weeks I kept wondering if I was smelling milk even though I took an hour cleaning it up, inside drawers and all.

    I have spilled loosely fried egg on my keyboard.. took a while to get clean, thank god it was spillproof and nothing got inside, just had to remove the keys and wash them individually, have also spilled soda on it but that could just be rinsed off

    I haven't spilled anything on my laptop, though it was close one time when I spilled a glass on the table it was standing on
