    No infection...yet. The area of the initial contusion continues to leak lymph with a little blood which has a tendency to move down the leg and pool....this causes swelling and pain. Walking helps to pump those fluids back up the leg so the body can assimilate it which reduces swelling and pain. The same continues to leak out the contusion abrasion, which is why I change the absorbent bandage several times a day.

    when Lisa and I go to the City on April 8th I'm going to the Bell Mobility Store. Lisa has a prepaid cell phone. but I have a 2 year contract with Bell. I'm going to convince her it will be cheaper in the long run since I have a 2 year contract to just buy another phone and add hers to my plan. plus we can upgrade her blackberry 9350 to a kick ass phone too!
