Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     My mom's older brother passed away the other day (don't feel bad, he had Alzheimer's and all kinds of health problems, death was a blessing) and he left her a pile of money, so now her options are greater. She really likes Sacramento. I have a sister and brother-in-law in Modesto who run a manufactured home community and it turns out they have a nice 3 bedroom home for sale. My mom would like to go there so me and the folks will be moving there once all the details of the inheritance are worked out.

    I've been to Modesto plenty of times when I lived in southern California. What's nice is it's only 75 miles from the Bay Area and a couple hours to Tahoe, not to mention Napa Valley and any number of nice places for a day trip. I'm looking forward to it.

    I'm a life long bachelor, it makes for ease of movement. As a tradesman I've never been tied to just one company, that also contributed to my freedom to move around.

    It's not irony, it's coincidence.

    I know, I can't even imagine what I'd do with that much money. Deposit it offshore would be my first move. Then leave the US probably, move to the Caribbean somewhere.
