    How many phases are in place? I swear, the more I tried to "micro" manage our construction, the worse the timeframe would get skewed. Finally I said whatever, it'll happen when it happens.

    I have two more phases.....the replacement of the lanai ceiling....the then the extension of the lanai slab. Will probably be spring before it is all done. I am in no hurry, just want them to get it when the start.
