Actually, that was pretty good for "back in the day!"

 

We called Old Milwaukee Old Pisswater.

We mostly drank PBR and Old Style, or Moosehead when we could afford the extra $2 for a 12 pack. And then a German friend introduced me to hefeweizen and other German brews and from then on I was hooked on imports.

 

Until I discovered American micro-brews.

My sister's dog is trying to hump my leg. He's a big dog, it's not a favorable proposition. He's expressing his displeasure by barking at me. It's making me laugh, which is making him mad.

 

That was my life guard pay. 6 months at 20 hr/wk and 3 month at 40 hr/wk.

 

I have always like the imported dark and stout beers.

The worst job I had was at 15...cropping, stringing, and hanging tobacco....from sun up to sun down.....$0.90 and hour....but I was glad to get it. Made about $200 that summer....enough to buy all my clothes for the year.

That sounds like a ball-breaker job.

 

Worst job I had was either a cartboy at a grocery store during the summer when I was 16 (fuck8ng hot that year 95 or above every day) or cleaning and replacing septic tanks. Both sucked pretty bad.

 

Two of my favorites now days, as well as brown ale. Negro Modelo, Guiness and Moose Drool. But for the past year I find myself drinking wine more often than not, merlot and cabernet.

I concur.

I've never had a really sucky job like that, although I did once work for a home improvement store where I had to gather carts now and then, but that was only one aspect of the job. I also drove the forklift and worked the warehouse.

 

A nice night off tonight Maj. I work 4 nights starting tomorrow. Saturday has been my "Monday" for the past few weeks.
