True. Felt good to relax and not be bothered. None of my roomies were here for the most part. They was all out enjoying the nice weather we had.

I didn't even watch it. I heard most of the speech though on the endless recap show that all the networks had afterward. 10 hours of inauguration coverage starting with the morning shows. Got old after awhile. I don't know how they do things in Australia, but in the USA the networks redefine 'beating a dead horse' on these occasions.

There's more of a fuss over the Us election here than there is for our own. But you're right, the build-up is massive for yours.

 

I have no use for people who treat smokers like second class citizens.

A certain amount of pomp and circumstance is expected of course, but I wish they'd draw the line somewhere.

Thanks, that means a lot. I tend to scan 8-9 celeb and gossip sites for pics to upload in the celeb forum, so I come across lots of funny/ordinary photos and immediately I'm saving them and plotting what kind of poster to make. I'll do one for you next time
