    was able to get my toilet fixed too. when the plumber was here he was able to fix the flush lever. it was a little messed up.

    nah, the rain doesn't bother me. it is refreshing to be honest to see rain. Temp is still very mild and nice though. But yeah we have almost no rain so far this year and we average about 14 inches. :-?

    yankees are pretty much done unless they can find more pitchers, cause as of right now they have alot committed and even they are not imune to the economy. Give them 2 years when the new ballpark honeymoon is over, they will cry. ;)
