i would think repo work is a booming business right about now.

i think with the tough economy people are doing that. What a pain in my ass. :-?

Obviously there are many things that need to be considered first, but living in Las Vegas is becoming less and less pleasant for me from a health point of view. I've developed an allergy to dust since I moved here, and it's just getting worse. I need to live somewhere that isn't cold, with regular rainfall, even if it means the occasional hurricane.

I didn't actually do the repo work but decided on who should be repo'd for a finance company. The repo co's we used are definitely booming, but my department was looked upon as the money losing department. Big company, but I didn't make any money whatsoever for them. A repo for a finance company is lost money.

Its funny you mention that. I would get so many calls from people claiming that things were stolen during the repo by the drivers. I had a lady once call me and she was like, 'I had some loose cash in the car before the repo and it better be there.' 'Ok ma'am, what was in the car?' '400 dollars.'. What the fuck! Who leaves four hundred dollars in their car?! That was funny. She never filed a claim.

Also it is true that I have allergies and they don't bother me as much as when I was in jersey. Especially during the rainy season which is from june to november.

well with a lot of rain there is always toxic mold and other mold allergens.

i think i might have to expand my horizons into finding different brands of broken cameras to play with. Sticking to just cannon is not paying off. Just that with cannon i know exactly what parts they sell and roughly how much.
