The encyclopedia is truly becoming encyclopedic.

 

I created that thread with all the links to the posts that needed reupping, but it was met with mixed interest. Then photos.cx nearly closed down and then did close down so alot of the hotlinked pics just vanished. As a result, we came to a more or less tacit agreement to just post thumbs and that is the case, with one or two odd exceptions since page 50 or so. If you corrected your original posts with the inclusion of thumbs, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Have a look if you like though.

I like bb but it is a bit chaotic to search sometimes, even when you know exactly what you want. But there's no question that it's an absolute gold mine of material, so I'm willing to overlook it's flaws.

I like PG too, but you're right about the dead links. On the other hand, I have found some great older stuff there that I couldn't find elsewhere, so again it equalizes itself.


There are advantages and disadvantages to all, so the upshot is it's nice to have options. That's pretty much my take on it.
