Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I've been there longer than the managers, so it gets on my nerves when they make mistakes that new managers make. It will take a while to get used to. They're trying to '"make their numbers," and are screwing up because they have their heads into what's "in the book" compared to the realities of the job. All the new managers I've seen have done it. Gets frustrating.
