    prior injury.......3 herniated discs, 1 ruptured disc, vertebrae slipped out of place, stenosis of both the spine and the nerve canals....all in the lower lumbar region. When the initial injury occurred I couldn't walk for 6 weeks. It was arguably the worst pain I have ever felt in my life.

    Beautiful time of year for that around here now Jamie. As long as you stay off the lakes, the trails up North are still sweet, and it's like 35-40 degrees. :D

    yeah it fuckin sux man cuz pain killers don't do dick, physical therapy is useless and doctors say that surgery "may" help, however it may complicate things. I have just been dealing for about 2 1/2 years now. I'm just so on the fence about the surgery thing. I just keep thinking "at least i CAN still walk now", don't know if I could live with being a parapalegic. Might end it if that happened.
