    Doesn't that make you wonder why? One thought on that is that it is extremely hard to stay competitive when you have the highest labor costs (% of cost of production per vehicle) of any major auto manufacturer in the world. The primary cause being the labor unions, but there are other contributing sociological reasons also (such as whether the government or the industry pays workers medical costs, etc.).

    The USA, both private industry and the government, are receiving failing grades related to adjusting to a global economy. If the USA is going to complete on a global basis, significant changes needs to be made with our social order, laws, business taxes and incentives, etc. - OR we will be sucking the hind teat at the world dinner table.... :2cent:

    I didn't drive anywhere, per se. Took some people to the airport, then took my sister and nephew somewhere they needed to go, then picked up a friend from the train station.

    Just a lot of driving.
