    Well, I am starving so I am going to take a break and fix some vitals: dry, stir fried ground chicken breast seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, grated unions, bell peppers (green) and mushrooms - to make a bed on which to place steamed broccoli, cauliflower, water chestnuts, and shredded cabbage and carrots!
