    You haven't seen how unfit I really am. When I have to run when late for the train, it takes me at least 5 minutes to get my breath back. There's a charity walk this Friday at work, I'd love to participate and get time away from the building, but I don't think I'd make it through, so will sit in the office instead. Might crack open a beer or two come 3pm though :)
