Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Sorry, it's for film and TV. The college is a very good one and I've spoken to people who recommended it. I do realise it's an incredibly difficult industry to break into but it's what I'd love to do.

    It's a noble profession. Most of today's great classical compositions are in films now. I particularly like Jerry Goldsmith, among many others.

    I was on another course that covered it and that's how I got into it in a big way. I got some great feedback too from people who already do music for adverts and film etc. I've been making music on PCs for over ten years as well, plus play three instruments which can help.

    Drums is the main instrument but I play piano and mandolin to a pretty good standard too. The piano is obviously really handy for composition.
